May 2025, Westbury, NY – The former site of the TGI Fridays restaurant, which closed in the fall of 2024 as part of the chain’s bankruptcy has been sold. The 10,064 square foot building is situated on three acres at 829 Merrick Avenue in Westbury. Matgart Merrick Avenue Associates, LLC, a Mattone Investors affiliated company, sold the property to Beechwood Organization for $12.75 million. Commented Michael X.
